Our Export Team

Introducing our departments - Part 4

Krannich is one of the world's leading photovoltaic experts and has 25 branches worldwide as well as its own export team based at our headquarters in Hausen. From here 26 countries are served and supported by our team. In contrast to our German sales team, we do not have a field service here. Instead, the entire order processing takes place via e-mail and telephone, which does not prevent us from maintaining close contact with our customers.

In order to give you a better insight into our export team, we would like to introduce our colleagues in more detail below.

Our Export Team

Benjamin Schaible

I have been working for Krannich Solar for almost 10 years now. Fired by the unbroken team spirit, the focus on innovation and the expansion of a worldwide customer and structural network, I start every day fully motivated. Working in a dynamic and friendly team, dealing with different cultures worldwide and the technical challenges make the job exciting and fulfil me in my employment at Krannich Solar.

I support you in Jordan, Namibia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya and Ghana.

One of my activities is to acquire and support customers from different countries, who are looking for a complete solution for "PV" systems to install them. I help the customers to calculate and compile the suitable products from our portfolio based on the information I receive from the customer via e-mail or telephone! It is very interesting to get to know the different cultures in the respective countries but at the same time a big challenge to sell our products to customers over the phone. My area of responsibility is very extensive, interesting and a lot of fun!

I support you in Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Slovenia, Hungary, Nigeria, Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde.

I joined Krannich a year ago to take care of the UK and Ireland – I also help out with some of the overseas territories which don’t have their own branch.  Although PV was a new challenge for me, I immediately felt at home here. There is a great atmosphere, I have such lovely colleagues and everybody works together like one big team.  I learned so much in the first weeks and I’m still learning every day. I particularly like getting to know all our customers and the variety of tasks my job brings; it makes every day interesting.  I’m very happy to be part of the Krannich family.

I support you in the United Kingdom and Ireland

The outstanding thing about my job is the supervision of sustainable projects in Romania. This unique country also embodies several cultures & mentalities in the Carpathian region of Eastern Europe. Krannich-Solar stands for a solid partnership and enables companions to give their full support to achieve strong results together with us. Together with my ambitious colleagues, I would like to pass on my many years of B2B experience in Romania, Germany and the international sales sector to our partners in Romania. The familiar way of dealing with all colleagues and partners enables a barrier-free, innovative and sustainable work.

I support you in Romania.

Andreea Laue

Living in Germany and working with countries as Romania and the Baltic countries offer me the great chance to combine passion for different cultures and working in a great International Team. In our increasingly global world, being in contact every day with customers and colleagues of different cultural backgrounds,  whether it is abroad or in our own office, I am learning how to manage most complex situations from different points of view, understand the customer philosophy and integrate it in our Company Daily Job – this is the greatest Challenge.

I support you in Latvia, Estonia, Moldavia, Lithuania and Romania.
