After loading your shipment to the logistics service provider, the After Sales & Services team will be happy to assist you with detailed tracking, booking and changing the logistics service you have booked. In addition, the team supports you quickly and easily in case of complaints, answers your questions about invoicing and checks your return request.

I have been part of the Krannich Solar team for more than 7 years now. Boredom never came up, that's for sure and that's a good thing. With the aim of customer satisfaction, I gladly take the daily challenge of expanding our team and constantly optimizing our work processes on. The contact with our customers, business partners and colleagues gives me pleasure and is decisive for me to fulfill my task. I am very much looking forward to the four additional colleagues who will join the After Sales & Services team in January 2021 - we will be even faster in 2021.
I have been working in After Sales & Services at Krannich Solar since mid-2018. Every day I help customers to find a solution for every occasion and wish. Of course, not everything works smoothly, which also presents a certain challenge. But the more joy is felt, when our customers contact me after cases have been clarified to say thank you because the process was satisfactory and service-oriented. What I appreciate most is the team spirit in the entire company. The daily work flow can be arranged to a large extent by yourself and every case is different, so that you never get bored.
After 3 years of apprenticeship at Krannich Solar and passing through all departments, I was already able to gain many insights into our processes and procedures. This experience helps me every day to understand and solve complex problems. After my apprenticeship I decided to become part of the After Sales & Services team. I enjoy assisting our customers with complaints and providing them with service-oriented support. I believe there is a suitable solution for every problem.
I successfully completed my 3-year apprenticeship as a wholesale and export merchant in July 2019 at Krannich Solar. In the middle of my second year of apprenticeship I started in the department After Sales & Services. It gives me great pleasure to be able to help our customers every day and to be available to answer any questions they may have about their deliveries.
In May 2020, I started in the After Sales & Service department at Krannich Solar. The support in the team and the cross-departmental cooperation at Krannich Solar gave me an inviting feeling right from the start. The contact to our customers and forwarding agents provides a lot of variety and constantly brings new challenges. I particularly like the fact that every case is different. From complex shipment tracking to processing transport damage, no two cases are the same.
Since July 2020 I have been working for Krannich Solar in After Sales & Services. From the very first day, I have felt at home in the team and in the company. The tasks are exciting and the contact to our customers and forwarding agents, don't let boredom arise and provide daily variety with new challenges. Being able to help our customers again and again is a lot of fun and increases my motivation. No day is like the other and that is what makes it so interesting.
I've been a member of the After Sales & Services team since mid-July this year - for a few weeks now I've been supporting our customers from the home office. Every day it is exciting to see what the day holds in store. In any case, there is no chance of boredom! What I would like to say at this point is that I find Krannich Solar customers very pleasant. I come from the customer service department and have rarely experienced such nice customers. Although I'm no longer the youngest member of the team, I have to say that it's really fun to work with these great people. I am looking forward to further exciting experiences with and at Krannich Solar.
